Referring Physicians

Empire Diagnostic Solutions is a completely digital facility. This means that once the reading physician interprets the study, the referring physicians can access patient reports online.

For referring physicians requesting online access to our database, please email service@edslive.com. Include:

• First name and Last Name
• Location Name (if there is any)
• Location Address
• Telephone number where you can be reached (for verification purposes)

Upon receipt, information will be added / updated in the Empire Diagnostic Solutions database, and a login / password will be created for and sent to the referring physician.
