At EDS we know how important exam results are and how frustrating it can be to wait for them. So, once a patient's examination is completed, we track it closely to ensure its timely interpretation. If an emergency (STAT) report is required, it is flagged and expedited through the system; its progress checked and verified each step of the way. Once interpreted, our staff immediately calls the referring physician with the results. The completed typed report is sent to the referring physician usually by the next morning or, quite often, faxed the same day.
